Christmas Flooding

Hannawa was toned out at 10:45am Christmas morning. Chief was on scene along with county car 10 looking over situation hour before the department was toned out. Members open up the banquet hall in case needed to use as a shelter. Members went door to door checking on residents and homes. Some residents stayed and monitored the water levels and others left. Brookfield was notified of the flooding and took action. After three hours water levels came down. No injuries and Hannawa back in service at 3pm. Hannawa worked close with county 911 and State officials.
